  • Mrs. Rodriguez is the Assistant Principal of Santa Teresa Elementary. With a passion for student achievement and a commitment to building strong relationships with families, staff, and the community, Mrs. Rodriguez brings valuable leadership and support to our school. She works closely with teachers and staff to foster a positive learning environment where every child can thrive. Her dedication to academic excellence, student well-being, and collaborative teamwork makes her an integral part of our school leadership team. We are excited to have Mrs. Rodriguez helping lead the way at Santa Teresa Elementary.

  • Mrs. Martinez is dedicated to supporting our school community by managing communication, maintaining records, and assisting staff, students, and families with care and professionalism. We are grateful to have her as an essential part of our team.

  • We are pleased to introduce our data clerk, Mrs. Alvarez, who plays an essential role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date student records at Santa Teresa Elementary. With great attention to detail and a strong commitment to confidentiality, she ensures that all student information, attendance, and enrollment data are properly managed and submitted on time. Mrs. Alvarez works closely with staff and administration to support the academic success of every student by keeping our systems organized and efficient. We truly value the important work she does behind the scenes every day.

  • Meet our school receptionist, Mrs. Esparza, who warmly welcomes all students, families, and visitors to Santa Teresa Elementary. As the friendly face at the front desk, she helps create a positive first impression of our school and is always ready to assist with a smile. From answering phone calls and directing inquiries to supporting day-to-day office needs, Mrs. Esparza plays a key role in keeping our school environment welcoming and organized. We are thankful to have her as part of our dedicated team.

  • We are excited to introduce our Instructional Coach, Mr. Flavian, who plays a key role in supporting teaching and learning at Santa Teresa Elementary. With a deep understanding of effective instructional practices, he works closely with teachers to enhance classroom instruction, analyze student data, and implement strategies that promote academic growth for all students. Mr. Flavian is dedicated to building teacher capacity, fostering collaboration, and helping create a culture of continuous improvement. We are grateful for his expertise and leadership in driving student success across our campus.

  • We are proud to introduce our Special Education (SPED) Instructional Coach, Mrs. Ramirez, who is dedicated to supporting inclusive and effective learning experiences for all students at Santa Teresa Elementary. With specialized knowledge in differentiated instruction and individualized education plans (IEPs), she collaborates closely with special education teachers and staff to ensure students with diverse learning needs receive the support they deserve. Mrs. Ramirez is committed to promoting best practices, providing professional development, and helping foster a positive, inclusive environment where every child can thrive. We are thankful for the expertise and compassion she brings to our team.

  • Counselor's Page: We are pleased to introduce our school counselor, Mrs. Vidaurri, who is dedicated to supporting the emotional, social, and academic well-being of all students at Santa Teresa Elementary. She works with students individually and in groups to help build confidence, develop healthy relationships, and navigate challenges both in and out of the classroom. Mrs. Vidaurri also partners with teachers and families to create a safe, nurturing environment where every child feels seen,  heard, and valued.  

  • We are excited to introduce our Intervention Teacher, Mrs. Cortez, who plays a vital role in supporting student learning at Santa Teresa Elementary. She works closely with students who need additional academic support, providing targeted instruction in small group settings to help close learning gaps and build confidence. Mrs. Cortez collaborates with classroom teachers to monitor progress and implement effective strategies that meet each student's individual needs.

  • We are proud to introduce our school nurse, Mrs. Mingura, who is dedicated to the health and well-being of all students at Santa Teresa Elementary. With compassion and professionalism, Mrs. Mingura provides daily care for students, manages health plans, administers medications, and supports families in maintaining a healthy school environment. She plays a critical role in promoting wellness, ensuring safety, and responding to medical needs with calm care. We are grateful for the knowledge, dedication, and nurturing presence Mrs. Mingura brings to our campus each day.
